Their manager is top, btw! Had good sleep at the small queen room. It was minute walk from Bansko city centre. Right place for 5 nights...

a shower and free toiletries were a plus. it's 10 mins walk to the centre. we stopped by cafe eliz for coffee and treats, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.
